HOLY COW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How stupid can you be!?!?!?!? Um, doesn't the engine need oxygen to even HAVE combustion in the first place to make the exhaust that he thinks will magically appear? Thinkin' he'd soon not have enough O2 for a good burn and then the enviro crap would change the timing and fuel mixture and the piece of crap would run even crappier!! I know I like to tinker with new ideas, but what was that idiot thinking!!!!!!!!!
