Thanks everybody for the help.Replaced the ecu with a used one and it fired straight up.
So Quicklook2 won the prize as the first to recognize the problem.Thanks
As for the prize you are going to have to look to your wife or gf for that.

glad you kept the hammer from the truck.
that running fuel pump is the clue to a bad ecu.
not too bad a job if it isn't winter.
and i will get the gf on it.
