my '00 ranger idles at less then 500 rpm after warm up. i did a tune up (needed one anyway) which didnt help, finally bought a OBDii code scanner and it gave me the 1507 code 'idle air control under speed'.
i looked around on this site and following the advice i found , i removed to the IAC and did my best to clean it out. that didnt help either.
i'm going to try cleaning the MAF today. if that doesnt help i'll replace the IAC.
anyone have any other suggestions?
