how do you go from getting stomped on by the vikings to being "back"????
you had some help from the dome qb, thats pretty much it.
what about how you couldnt achieve 1 first down with under 2 minutes to go, so all that you had to do was run out the clock???instead you gave them 1 more chance

Ummm...the Colt had two strikes against them to begin with in terms of an offense decimated by injuries, then they whiffed for the third strike with their mistakes (the 6 INTs and 2 missed FGs). SD did nothing offensively past about 2 minutes into the second quarter. Hardly anything close to "ruling" the Colts.
And, I think the whole "dome QB" thing is blown way out of proportion. Sure, his home field is in a dome, but look at his record over the last 5 years...he's won plenty in less-than-perfect weather.
Don't celebrate too long.

Ugly wins still count the same as pretty ones, right? I hope the winning continues for the Bolts. I'd like them to make the playoffs again. This time, though, they won't be able to coast into the postseason like last year, and maybe they'll do better.

A win is a win, true enough. But, you'll have the Boys and the CheesePackers to deal with in the playoffs, then whoever wins the NFC Championship will be meeting either the Pats or the Colts in the SB.
