Ignition problem on my 77 Ranger
Just did a complete rebuild on my 77 Ranger with a 351 Modfied, i just finished the engine up and put all the wiriing back but when i went to fire it up...no spark lots of fuel. Did all the tests u can think of but there are a few things that im not no sure about. When i test the ignition module for power there is 4 plugs, 2 give a bright light 1 gives a dim light and the other nothing ( which i am assuming is ground) is this right? i tried 3 modules and they do the same. the other question is the + and - on the coil have power the red from the ignition and the green from the module is this right? the guy that had it before hacked it bad so im trying figure this out with different colored wires at the distributer wires cut here and there and things like that, u know these old fords 
any help would be great
