I have an 86 f150 3oo I6 with 134k miles. My oil press is 35-40psi with a mechanical gauge. Is this ok for the mileage or am I in trouble?

Sounds about right to me for that many miles. That's out driving, not idling, right?

I have an 86 f150 with 203,000 with no engine work, and I run about 30-35 at idle with the engine at operating temp. I still use castrol 10w40. It has been like that ever since I installed the manual gauge at 150,000.
