I guess I have to have problems with it to get rid of it. If you have had problems I am sorry but don't bleed on my parade.

read his posts. the guy claims he bought a broken '97 and a broken '06, tried to fix them himself and had unsatisfactory results.

he better stick to fixing lawnmowers and let the real mechanics fix the oilburners.

Lets understand one another. You'll decided to walk or pedal your way everywhere? Cause there has'nt been a vichle built that has'nt ever needed work on it. I understand the concept of buying truck and fixing. Expectly if you get a price and you know something mechics. Its not smart money to buy something you dont know how to work on. By the way how much do are you asking for it. We both know its a hunk of junk and not worth anything. I think I'll try my hand at it. I have faith I can get the help needed from this forum to get it running.

From: new orleans,
here are the trucks i own guys and girls. (1) 95 International diesel bucket 120,000 miles (2) f250 diesel 375,000 miles my daily truck (3) 90 Chevy blazer 130,000 4x4 hunting truck (4) 2006 2500 duramax 50,000 miles (5) 97 f350 flatbed with 327,000 miles bent pushrods, lol. These vehicles have all been serviced by me . I will bet no one here has owned more different vehicles than me and my family. The point? I,ve never changed a TURBO on any, Never changed HEAD GASKETS either, at least not while they are under 100,000 MILES !!!!! Go read the 7.3 forum and see how many serious problems they are having with their 10+ year motors with 200,000 + miles. NONE .now your 6.0 joke. I am sooo happy to put 4-5 grand in my 97 7.3. This engine has earned its respect !!! If you read my post I never complained about THE ENGINE, just the jerk that shot either in it and didn't tell me as I bought it. So I am sorry If I peed on your parade but the fact is 6.0 is NOT as reliable as 7.3. I just got the oasis report and concluded that this 6.0 was an experiment. lol Its had the same problems since it left the assembly line. Oh, wait, Maybe my PAW PUT IT TOGETHER AT THE PLANT.lol Thank You for your opinion, If you love 6.0 let me know I have another lemon to sell, Clean too.
