4x4 & low range don't work
Hi,
Could sb send me the electric circuit scheme for BII 4x4, 1990. I have problems with functions 4x4 and <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">LOW</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">RANGE</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> - the buttons stopped working. Bronco was never imported here in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Poland</st1:place></st1:country-region> so it is a real problem to find any assistance. Please send me the scheme or any hints. Thanks

This is a common problem. Very good chance the electric shift motor is all gummed up. You can pull it and clean it up. That is usually the problem. If not check fuses, you can check for power at the shift motor plug when a friend works the buttons. If nothing still check the 4x4 relay, they are sometimes a problem. If nothing still then you have a less common problem and will have to start by checking for shorts or broken wires.
