Find yourself a battery kill switch. Then mount it somplace remote on the truck, like to the frame in a wheel well. Then run your lines to the starter thru it. The trucks idiot lights, radio, alarm all work, but the truck won't even turn over. They may steal everything in the truck and do a little damage, but your truck isn't moving.
