check engine light flashing
i have a 1990 f150 with a 302 and a five speed. i havent had the truck out in a few days so its been sitting fer 4 days and its been pritty wet out. i took it out thismorning and was on my way to work when i just barley saw the check engine light flash once. tonight on my way home it started flashing again 3 times only when i was accelerating. so i played with it fort a while driving around but couldnt get it to flash again at all. could it be the moisture causing the light to come on?

Possibly. The only time the check engine light flashes when not checking codes with it is when the computer detects an engine misfire. However this is a continuous flashing, and would probably last longer than a few flashes, so I doubt it's a misfire. Something keeps tripping the light on, but I wouldn't worry about it unless the light stays on. You can always scan for codes though.
