Show me your gauges

Buying a '94 F250 diesel in a couple days and I want to put a few gauges in it (pyrometer and boost at the least).

However I don't really want to mount the gauges on the pillar. The truck has a factory overhead console, I'd like to put them there, or on top of the dash.

Anybody here adapted one of Autometer's Super Duty overhead console pods or dash pods to their truck?

I can get a picture of this one in a day or two.

It's a weird design...has a center console, and these two big "shelf" looking things where the sunvisors would be. And there's no sunvisors.

nope, its an overhead shelf thing that goes from sunvisor mount driver side to sun visor mount passenger side, it uses the mounting holes and hangs about as low as the visors, so they didn't put any on. I have only seen 1 up close, but I hear they used to sell them aftermarket but can't find any now
(edit)

bout like that cept with no visors, I found what I was looking for btw and with visors no less

I already said I didn't want to mount gauges on the pillar. I have some like that in my Thunderbird but it's a little too "show-offy" for a truck I think, I dunno.

readordie, that is VERY similar to what's in this truck, except that it also has an overhead console in the middle with two little compartments in it and a change holder and not much else, seems kinda useless. I think I might take it out and just put in regular sunvisors.

Guy at work had one of those overhead things , he used for storage of almost everything, it got so bad it sagged down on the passenger side, you had to squat a little to see out the windshield, most god awful looking thing you could ever put your eyes to. He wrecked the truck and the thing went with it.I still joke him about it.

I want it cause its functional, I use my '94 for pulling my towing my trailer around from state to state so I can work in comfort, the overhead thing would just make that a little easier (p.s. so does my cobra 148 GTL CB radio believe it or not)

i have one of these shelves in my truck, they sure come in handy. They mount to the factory visor holes so there is no drilling etc and the visors attach to the shelf... would you like me to take pictures?
