some more questions..
89 f150 2wd 5spd
where can i get replacement coil springs and leaf springs? maybe something a little heavy duty... not looking for a height increase tho
are there any know problems as far as steering stuff goes? anything i should look into replacing due to age or mileage?
the brakes feel solid, stop really good and the steering wheel doesnt shake... but i dont know if they are stock rotors or what not... worth changing? or just inspect first?
what about the bearings?

yep what he said. if its working good, leave it be.
but you "might" be able to use springs from an extended cab. but it will probably ride a bit higher, as well as harsher. without the added weight of the heavier cab.

k, thanks... i am only thinking about replacing it beause of my other thread... the truck is "tilted" when you park.. towards the drivers side, esp the front..
also, one of the "clamps" for the leaf spring is broken on the drivers side, but i dont think that could cause it to tilt like it is..
