Power to the battery terminal at all times, direct connection to the battery.
Ignition terminal has power when the key is turned to the ON position.
The ground wire must have a good electrical ground.

Shorting the white wire terminal to ground should cause the relay to close.

Do you have power at the correct terminals on the glow plug relay as I posted in the previous post?

Is that the one you replaced?
Did you get all the small wires from the relay to the controller in the right place?

Restating the problem 50 times with no feedback on questions asked will not fix your truck, I am several hundered miles away trying to work through your problem on a truck I have never seen and most probably never will see.

Do you have power at the rear drivers side terminal on the IP when the key is in the ON position?

If the relay you replaced was on the inner fender, that is the starter relay.
Most trucks use that as a power distribution point.
A wire on the wrong side of the relay will not put power to all the places it is supposed to go.

I can post this picture of the switch that turns the cold advance and fast idle on, but since I have no idea if you have power to the FSS (rear terminal drivers side) on the IP there is no way of knowing if it is even getting power to the switch.

Do you get any smoke, probably white while cranking the engine?

We are going several different directions now, working through one problem at a time is usually easier.

He has stated the same problems several times.
Never answered one question I asked.

I don't think he wants help.
