Sgi has a 97 Bobcat 743 model up for bid at $5000.00 It rolled on a trailer. Looks to be an easy fix. Straighten the cage and away you go.
Why do these oppotunity's come when I have no cash saved to get it.
It's about the same size as the one I got, just 17 years newer.
yeah that sounds like a really good deal... wow... im not in the market for one, but i seen a 2000 with a trailer for like 30 grand i think it was... 5 grand sounds like an awsome deal...hope you get it prep
The damage does not look too bad. I cannot see any damage to the machine, just the top of the cage. It also looks to be a heated machine also. The stuff at Yorkton tend to go cheaper than the rest of the province. Just look at some of the cars. They go for 50 or 100 or 300 in the Yorkton Sgi. People just do not want to travel to get them, because they are not all kept in Yorkton, but in a lot of the rural towns.
I can tell you I paid too much for mine when I bought it 8 years ago. I paid $14,000 for it then and the machine was just over 20 years old. It should of been around 6 to 8,000.
The one on Sgi starts at $5000.00 and the hours are low. It would be worth what I paid fror my 20 year old machine.
If anyone knows the Bobcats will see it as a deal. This one may get up around $10,000 , but due to that it is in Yorkton it may not be that high.
oh no...the FTE moneybag wars.. if anyone here gets it, i can hold on to it for a bit until pick-up arrangements are made. and i have no idea how to run a bobcat, so no worries there,,,
Hi Sherm, any chance you could check it out for us and maybe talk to the SGI staff there to see what shape this Bobcat is in and how bad the cab is smahed?
The roll over protection (ROP) cab is $7,000 new and this is about a $15,000-$17,000 Bobcat depending on how it`s equiped so I`m not going overboard on the bidding, it will be interesting....
