There is a trick on removing the pins so you can drop the springs. Use an air hammer and punch through the hole in the frame. Are the springs off the truck yet?
Once the springs are off, the easiest way to drive out the bushings is the put a socket that is just smaller than the bushing OD on one side and a socket whose ID is bigger on the other. Then put a bolt through with a nut and screw the bushing out. OR, use a hydraulic press, if you (or a friend) have one.
