The arm on mine corroded on.I had to cut it off.If just want to change blade it should have a release button and slide towards lower part of arm .If just blade replacement Advanced Auto will install them for you.
On my 05, lift the arm so the wiper is not on the glass. Pull up on the locking tab. You may need a pen or something with a pointy end. Pull up on the arm.
