NO Brake Lights!?

NO Brake Lights!?
I need serious help. I bought this truck from an ins. co. It was a recovered theft vehicle.
These guys killed the tail lights. Can anyone help me out w/ a fuse diagram so I can check fuses? Where else should I look? For starters I have checked that everything's connected. The TBC Fault is on. Is that another clue as to where to start. If there was a problem w/ the brake controller would that mess up the taillights?
Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. thx!
