Spray the 3 bolts with pb blaster for 3-4 days ahead of time. Very simple to change. Did you get the billet housing too? Go real slow with the bolts, they tend to break easy.
again... spray them bolts many times with PB blast...might be worth having a tap and die set handy..many here including me have broken a bolt or 2 doing this....good luck....
I didn't do it when I put mine on but the next time I have mine off I am going to replace the bolts I recommend it personally. Next time I am going to go with hardened socket head bolts.
Maybe someone knows off the top what size they are so you can just go buy them and have them ready when you do it.

i have the 203 thermostat but have problems installing b/c the stock o ring does not seem to work or seal well. searched numerous auto parts stores for an o ring that is grooved but no luck.
so is this billetr housing the answer i'm looking for? based on the responses it seems i need this, plus some new 9mmm bolts. does it come with a o ring? anything else i need? thanks!
Here's a tip. Use a pick or something fairly sharp to dig the crud out of the recessed square O-Ring bore. Then use some 320 sandpaper to really clean it out good. You should not need any silicone to get it to seal if properly prepared.
