I have about 1000 miles on my new 6.4. I have hooked up my empty tractor trailer a couple times and pulled it just to break it in some. I need to go and get my horse trailer that weighs 9K. Do you think I have broken the truck in enough? Can use my 7.3, no gooseneck.

They say not to tow for 500 miles you got 1000 on it should be fine to tow your horse trailer with out any problems. I towed my TT in first 1000 miles didn't have problems pull it at all.
