78, ford, f150, 351m,10" lift, 4x4, new stabilizer bar, 38x12.50-15s. steering is sloppy! how can i tighten it up????????.

Im assuming that youve replaced the ball joints C bushings radius arm bushings got a drop pitman arm and the correct trac bar. If not one of those parts listed is your problem or at least a great starting point.
simply need to verify where it is loose. Drag link, or tie rod ends, maybe the box needs to be adjusted. Common for the rag joint to fail.
Have someone turn the steering wheel slightly from left to right, and follow all of the steering components from the steering shaft to the pass side wheel to se what does not move. A loose component will be fairly obvious to see.
check your pitman arm. i have seen multiple cases where the large nut that holds the arm on the box comes a little loose and the arm pivots on the sector shaft causing slop
