K&N Filter Charger For 4.9L six??? Where?
I have read a post here where someone got a K&N filtercharger kit for the 4.9 inline six which replaces the stock airbox. I have seen these sold for the 302 and 351's, but not the six. Can anyone please tell me where I can find them being sold for the 4.9L? Thanks.

Just make your own, it's a lot cheaper. If you buy some pvc piping, and buy a cone filter, you have the same thing for 100 dollars less. Just a little bit of planning and cutting and your good to go. The inline six is a good prospect for that since there are no bends to the throttle body like the 302s and 351s.
Primary rig is Green Thunder:
95' F-150 XLT 4x4, 302, 5 spd, MSD 6A, Flowmaster Exhaust, Sunroof, Clear corners w/ Diamond headlights, CD player with 2 10" subs and some 32" BFG Muds

I went to their website and see they dont have any for the 87-91 years though
I see that some have made homemade ones, and was wondering if those who did would be kind enough to let me know what diameter and lengths of pvc tubing that they purchased for the job and other misc items needed. Thanks!
