I just did a compression check on my 300 4x4 , and this is what I had ,,, 1 120 2 120 3 115 4 130 5 135 6 95 , they all went up when I pour in oil in the spark plug holes . My question is , are the valves still good and the rings shot or the other way around???

How many miles do you have on the engine? The oil test indicates worn rings, but if you have a few miles & she's eatin' a little oil - might as well have new guides and seals put in too. Those numbers are not horrible, but you have quite a range from 135 to 95 - that's the part to be concerned about. General rule is +/- 15% from highest to lowest..your span is considerably higher.
