Another DP Tuner vote here and make sure you do like little suggested and get guages also. I waited 3-4 months after getting my DP before getting guages and was suprised how quickly/easily the EGT's went up with the tuner addition.

I am by no means a mechanical genius and I used to be very prone to breaking things when working on stuff. I plan on doing all the work myself. If you prepare accordingly and take your time then you should have no problem installing everything. Search the forums and look here
http://7point3.com/Mods.aspx and you should be good. Confidence to fix/install things by youself doesn't come overnight. The most important thing for me has been taking my time when working on stuff. When I'm wrenching on things I constantly remind myself "Haste makes waste".

DP must be the best ,just talked to John Wood about a torque converter problem I have,he said to try DP tuner before changing torque,it may fix the problem

Yep just ordered my DP today and it will be shipped tomorrow. Can't wait to get it installed. Reading the instructions on the DP site, it appears to be a relatively easy thing to do. Anyone want a good deal on a Hypertech
