Well Tweeter, here in Texas, offered to get it and install for around $850 a few years ago as I recall. Pricey & takes all your console room but doable . . .
Usually anybody that sells JL Audio gear can order you one in a couple days. Most places would NOT stock an item like this.
I think that mine was $699, box and sub.
I really love mine. It doesn't thump you out of the truck, but worthy, indeed.
Otherwise like bryyce62 said, any JL Audio dealer can order it for you. I bought mine about 5 years ago for my 99 F250, haven't had time to install it in my 07 though. I replaced the sub with an Image Dynamics IDQ10D2V2 after I burned up the second JL audio one. I like the ID sub better and think it sounds great.
Hey nut where did you get the box and did you have to move your back seat at all?
The box came with the sub already installed from an audio store here in Las Cruces called "Sounds Unique". I didn't have to move the seat at all, however, I did have to take the protective grille off the box.
jb definitely sweet idea with the bed spray easy to clean and when people are in the back seat you don't have to worry about it like if it were painted or carpeted
I helped my buddy install a system in his '05. We put (2) 10" subs in the rear doors. He thought I was crazy, and couldn't watch when I started cutting sheet metal out of the door but when it was done, he loved it. The best part is no modification to the door panel so no one knows they are there until he turns it up.
3 things you need for this type install is steady nerves so you don't chicken out on cutting the hole. Lots of expanding foam and sound mat to dampen the door so it won't rattle...
Q Logic makes a pretty kick *** box that goes in front of your middle rear seat
its also color matched to your interior and has 2 cup holders on top
i have one and i love it. . . everyone looks all around my cab wondering where my sub it and they are very suprised when i tell them in the box right next to you

Another vote for the Q-Logic box. I have the same setup with a JL Audio 10" in it and it sounds awesome, plus my kids like to watch their drinks shake when I turn it up a little bit.
Got mine from the scratch and dent section of Crutchfield. The damage was so minimal (couple of small cracks) that I left it... 5 years later and it's still kickin'...

Ok, now the ebay one is more what I like for price - but they won't ship to Canada. Anybody in Texas interested in lending me their home address so that I can ship it to you and then have you ship it to Canada for me?
You can fit kicker cvr 10's behind a rear seat. I don't know about the 12's though. I had a custom box built and i have 3 10" kicker comp vr's behind the rear sear of my F250. Sounds pretty sweet. Not sure where you will put the amps though. Also seen a guy rebuild his center console in the front seat to house a subwoofer.
