Post Steering Wheel Position - Adjustment

I just purchased a 2001 F-150. Why I didn't notice this during the test drive is beyond me, but the steering wheel blocks every gauge on the instrument panel except the speedo from 0-10 and 90-100MPH. Not real useful. I do not have the tilt wheel option. Is there some way to loosen some bolts and slide the column up or down to provide visibility or am I stuck?

I really don't no. I don't buy them unless they have tilt. Even on the our company buses we order them with tilt & cruise. All of us drivers seem to be happier with the extras.
