Wink Cabin air filter??

Do the S/Ds have a cabin air filter? if so where is it and how do you remove it?

Actually, some do have the optional cabin air filter. They are though, few and far between. If your truck has it, there will be a filter cover underneath the glove box. If not there, you don't have it.

tthey are a good idea,I have a grand cherokee that was parked under a live oak tree and a/c evaporator is full of leaves stopping up drain
is 8hr ordeal to pull and clean,a filter would have been nice

There's also a kit available from the dealer that fits under the glovebox. It is the same kit for the F150, Expedition, Lincoln Navigator, etc.
It is part F65Z-1477-AA

Here's where it installs

1/2, 3/4, and 1 ton were kind of generic classifications regarding payloads. They were somewhat relative back in the day, but not so much now, since payloads are usually much higher. Usually it's just us old timers that reference them that way now. When someone says half-ton, they usually mean F-150, three-quarter - F-250, and 1 ton - F-350. HTH
