Sloppy Steering Feel
Just curious if the steering box on the Ex can be adjusted and if it does a whole lot to eliminate the 'dead' spot in the steering? A friend of mine who has only owned Fords throughout his life said it was just the crappy Ford steering box and they just wear out.
How much is a new box or can they be rebuilt?

Just did mine this morning.... much better!
I cheated though, I had the truck in to our local shop for a brake inspection and while it was up on the lift ramp, I borrowed the wrench and allen key and did it from the bottom.

I should have posted a couple of the links when I found them. I used just 'steering' for my search... had to pick through a few threads though. Baji's search term should get you a better result.
