2007 expedition will not start!!!

07expe crank no start full for scan csv

So I've tried everything. I have over 40 psi fuel, that's as high as my gauge goes. Spark, and have replaced crank and can sensors. From time to time it starts but will most definitely leave me stranded. Replaced the battery Aswell here is a scan of my most recent time I got it running from forscan I am hoping that someone with experience using forscan can tell me what might be the issue. Battery checked. New master fuse junction box. Did 10 minute reset. Did 3 minute heater switch unplug. Cleaned all battery lines/connections. Cleaned all starter/solenoid contacts.
Tried with battery jumpstarter connected to fully charged battery. Still same outcome.
Starter relay clicks once. traction light on / anti-theft light blinks 8 times when turn the key / fuel lite------- / --------miles light / No turn over full power starter relay single click on 2007 ford expedition el limited

07 expedition el limited still won't crank. Lights don't go down(battery good) when you turn key to crank. have anti-slip / battery / oil lamp / security / and wrench lights on dash warning system after you turn key to crank and you get 4 chimes. Still all you get is one click from starter solenoid. Could it be security system?
