good news is i now know how to succesfuly do injector o rings. bad news is the truck still runs the same, it didnt fix my problem. i thought it was an easy job only took 30 to 45 mins to do that one injector. i do have two more pics i want yall to look at. first one is of the injector tip, it had some deposits on the end and somekind of wierd mark about halfway arround on the end. second is of the injector. after i got it back together and was doing my test run i noticed the oil spot circled in yellow in the pic. all four injectors on that side had it and it looked like oil was leaking or flowing from this spot, but its in the middle of the metal body of the injector so it looks like the oil is comming from nowhere. i know that dont make a lick of sense but maybe the pick will clarify. i guess its time to take my truck to the pros and let them scan it and figure out why it is missing and running bad.
noope, once the ring is gone like that the pressure will work its way up to the rubber o-rings and blow them out too, you know what happens from there. i wish i took pics of my injectors when i did the rings. i didnt even thin kabout it at the time. they where 20 times worse then those pics
