I don't know what is the matter with me. Here it is after 2 in the morning and I still can't sleep. I just got done feeding all my animals that are more than adequately fed during the day. I also reseeded my lawn in pitch black dark. I still have way too much energy. i have virtually cut out all my caffeine but still can't seem to sleep at night. I guess I am weird.
Yeah the chat server was down. I believe it was due to the server switch over. I just checked and it seems to be still down. Maybe they will have the bugs worked out by Saturday.
I never sleep at night my sleep is in the daytime even when I have a job I'm up at night and sleep in the daylight.. Worst case of insomnia was 12 days with about 4hrs sleep, you talk about miserable. It won't happen again though got Ambien now. Ambien and Wild Turkey 101 make for good sleep!!!
Happens to me all the time for the past 25 years. Caffein intake or the lack thereof doesn't seem to make much difference in the long run. I'll hit the sack at 9:30, sleep for a few hours, and then find myself staring at the ceiling for a couple of hours.
No pattern to it. Some nights I will sleep for 8 hours. Others I'll feel fortunate to get 5.
Boy, talk about the pot and the kettle thing here.
Most nights I wish I could sleep at two in the morning as well. But at least I am being paid overtime to not sleep. Many nights when the alarm clock sounds after two or three hours in bed I'd give my entire check for a good nights sleep. After a few nights of that I can't sleep on my first night off....
You are right. It is too hot in Georgia so you do not see alot of sheep. We have plenty of goats to count. No you are not coming down here to count my goats.
Insomnia is caused by lack of sleep. Getting more sleep will cure this ailment. Just trying to inject a bit of humor here. I liked Monsta's response, too. On a more serious note, tryptophan works for many with insomnia. You can get it over the counter (I think) and it also occurs naturally in some foods, particularly in turkey meat. This is true. I therefore prescribe a large turkey sandwich before bedtime.
