A steam engine would still require coal to burn hot enough to create the steam needed to make the engine work. A lot of power plants are using steam to run turbines that create electricity. They are burning coal to create the heat needed to make steam for the turbines.
What are you thinking you can burn to create steam for a vehicle engine, besides coal?

well what idea do you have christopher, or how about the opinion on the new lexus they are trying to make, it can read the paint lines and makes sure that if you fall asleep you do not exit the lines, and it can detect if it is approaching a vechicle to fast and will stop for you, also the traction control, and i know traction control has been out for awhile but it still ****ing awesome regardless, my grandpa's lexus isnt to bad his wheels are able to take a 100 degree turn which means he can turn the wheel all the way to the right and pull in to a parallel parking with ease, i thought it could park itself but he told me they havent come out with that yet, but it is still pretty amazing, now give us an opinion
