Okay so let me figure this out, Well get a better idea.
So I order the SCTIII and is at my house 2-3 days. I then copy the stock files, and email them to Matt? (assuming), How long after sending the files to Matt can I expect to be breaking the rear end loose and enjoying the smile on my face? Im getting close to getting my order placed, just need to get the EGT and finish my exhaust system.
Also, with the "Aggressive Street Economy" tune, what kind of fuel economy is everybody getting on average?
Another quick question, Sorry for racking em up here. With my 05 as it sits now, on the highway, lets say 65 mph, if I press on the go pedal the tranny doesn't like to downshift and get the rpms up, just gives little boost and slowly gets going. Will this tune fix that little issue? Along with breaking the rear end loose on command?
You don't copy the stock files, you use the Xcal3 to read the computer strategy of your truck and email that information to Matt. He then writes your files and email's them back to you--time frame depending on work load.
The tune will fix your shifting issue since it rewrites the parameters for the engine and transmission completely, however, it should kick down at 65 on the stock tune.

Thank you,

I am getting about the same as before the tune but that is because I can't keep my foot out of it. You will probally have the same problem. I am sure that if you drive it normally the economy should go up. But that wouldn't be any fun now, would it?

No I agree, what fun would owning these trucks be if ya didn't get on it every so often, Alright every light at times.
I am curious though, how does the aggressive economy tune drives. Reduced turbo lag? Rear-end break loose on command? Im looking foward to getting my rig tuned, so im gathering up info get an idea of what im looking to buy.

You defintly have reduced lag. I can spin the wheels with no boost, it accelerates off the line and then once the turbo spools the wheels spin. Something the stock tune couldn't get close to and trust me I tried. Now if you try power braking and getting the revs up to around 1700 it will spin through 1st and 2nd with the stock all I could get was a chirp. I am also running 35's that's a big tire to spin!!
The tune drives really great, the shifting is firm and you really don't notice anything untill you get above 2000, thats when the fun starts. So I think it's a great daily driver.
