The DSO is 6 digits = 227850. Your truck was a Domestic Special Order. Ordered with something not found on regular production F100's. You didn't list a Paint code (it's between the wheelbase and F100), so if there's none...Ford painted it a color not offered on F Series trucks. Other than that, I see nothing above that's out of the ordinary.
