If it was special made, did they install a adjustment **** to the rear wheels, if so it may be turned almost off? The valve to the rear allows the rear brakes to start a brake/tire/drag before the front starts to brake, this keeps the vehicle in a straight line. Many older hotrods used large rear tires and they had to much braking in the rear thus the ability to adjust the amount of fluid to the rear brakes. Also since the disc pads ride the rotor they will start braking before the drums, it's all about controlling the braking in a straight line and not going out of control. I just use compressed air instead of blowing fluid all over as I mostly work alone. Also the rod from the brake pedal to the master cylinder some times during mods are either to short or to long causing problems. Have a great day, chuck

Reason: Additional info
How old are the brake lines on the rear axle? I've seen them plug up before.
Try cracking the brake line at the junction of the steel line with the rubber line down to the rearend, or at the junction of the rubber line to the "T" on the rear diff. If you get a good spray of pressure when you crack that line then the steel lines from the "T" to each wheel cylinder could be plugged
The flex hose at the back. Local parts store item. Finally split the system joint by joint and lost fluid flow at the back of the flex line. Took it off and could blow through from back to front a little but nothing front to back. Tried running a wire through it and it would not go from front to back.
Final culprit ended up being the inner lining of the hose is cut loose from the metal end piece when crimped together. The rubber is acting as a flap and closing the hole off under pressure!
New hose (again), bled perfect, backed out of the garage and took a few pics.
Thanks for all the ideas, it was just a freak deal.
