Another item to consider, especially with dual pumps. This is an issue I am having. And that is too much of a good thing. Too much high pressure oil that is blowing open the poppets on the injectors and basically disabling the injectors. As injectors wear, their ability to handle HPO above 3000psi is reduced. Oil viscosity plays a huge role in this as well. My engine has a very small window where it is warm but not hot that allows the injecotrs to work at WOT without this occuring. Royal Purple is a very good oil and may very well actually increase the tendency for the injectors to pop open on the HPO side.
If you got ALL NEW injectors, then this may not be your issue, but most aftermarket injectors are rebuilt and likely can not handle HPO in excess of 3,000 psi. Just some food for thought if you notice your issue continuing....
