I have a 98 expy with the 5.4l i am getting a stumble around 1400 rpm. It only does the stumble after it has ran for a couple minutes. Doesnt do it cold. Replaced plugs, fuel filter, tps, cleaned maf and throttle body. Also replaced front two 02 sensors and had coils checked at stealership and no probs there. No cel light. What would cause it to do it when its ran for like a minute but when you first start it in the morning and hold it at same rpm range it doesnt do the stumbling. Gas mileage is horrible 8.5 according to computer overhead all intown driving and getting some pinging to. Could the maf be needing replaced and not throw a code. Any ideas would be helpful

Check for vacuum leaks between the throttlebody and MAF. Also check all hoses that connect to the air intake.
It seems to have something to do with stubling after it goes into closed loop mode. I would also check the egr system and maybe the cats to make sure that they are not trying to clog up on you.
