97 and up is metric correct.......anything under (as far as fullsize goes) in 5 on 5.5 and they are pretty much interchangeable with dodges till you get into the late 70's.....
not too important but, some mid 80s 1/2 ton dodges had 5 on 4.50 or 4.75, cant remember which. I had one, didnt check and neither did the tire shop and orderd brand new wheels, 5 on 5.5. They didnt fit.

Yep. Some of the Dodges had the same axles as the Jeeps did, which were all 5x4.5 up until the new JK. I couldn't tell you for sure what years, but if it has a Chrysler 8.25 rear axle, it's probly 5x4.5.
We had a '74 AMC Jeep CJ5 growing up. The wheels were interchangeable with a '73 and a '72 Ford truck. So were the brake shoes. Hmm, come to think of it, the front and rear difs on the Jeep had FOMOCO on them.
