RABS/Brake Light Problem

RABS/Brake Light Problem
91 F250 5spd 4x4
Does anyone know if the Brake light system goes through or is controlled in some way by the RABS controler?
My Rear Antilock light has been coming on and going off, and although I want to fix this, the main problem is I now have no brake lights. I also do not have rear hazard flashers. What I do have are rear turn signals. I have tested the brake light switch and found that the flashers are working at the turn signal connector at the bottom of the steering column.
My basic logical conclusion is that the Brake Light run through the RABS controller which is failing.
Does anyone know about this or have a suggestion?
