'89 f250 RABS brake problems
I have seen alot of posts regarding rabs problems but have not been able to find an answer.
It all started when I had the brakes done over a year ago.
I have a RABS code 4. It usually comes on after driving for 15 minutes or so. If I stop and turn off the truck if I restart it within a few minutes the lights come on the first time I hit the pedal.
I suspect contamination in the RABS valve do to the amount of brake work that has been done since the problem started.
Does the valve have to be replaced or can it be serviced?
I have severe brake fade after the lights come on. This may be part of the problem or it may be unrelated.
