i PMed dockboy on another site AWHILE ago about what he has done and what numbers he was putting out in his 7.3... here's the reply:
"the 7.3 had:
billit rods
lower comp. pistons
fire rings
hmax rev kit
bd 530 injectors
bts oil system
itp fuel system
magnafuel fuel pump
modified h2e
water injection
nitrous
dp tuner programs
bts tranny
and a lot of tweaking.
did a best of 595 rwhp on #2 and 790 on nitrous."

pretty impressive...

Im pretty sure that you can get B-codes built to whatever CC's you want. Dont quote me but I believe Diesel Jim has a set that are said to be around 400cc's if I remember correctly.

well the cummins guys run like .028 i think i saw... just look on comp d in the cummins section... but they also only have 6 cylinders and each one is bigger than ours so i guess their injectors have to be larger too...

Don't forget about Cale Thompson from BTS. He has an OBS that can run right with Zane. They just don't travel around very much. I'm not sure what his latest dyno #s are.

As far as OBS, Zane, Cale and Sapps have got to be about the top. Lott, BigR (Mike), Dockboy, Imelmo (Danny)...they all run superdutys.

We had our '97 PSD to 500 hp on #2 before it went into a lake. Now it has a Cummins going in.

I agree, those sledpullers run some power. Frank from PA has a PSD that is a runner. I bet he is right up there hp wise with Zane, Cale and Sapps as well, and this is his "little" truck.

Don't Know how many of you were in Houston this weekend.....but Zane turned a 10.90, then backed it up next pass with a 10.86. Don't know for sure, but I think that makes him the fastest PSD in the land.

Yes from what I understand Zane is the first PSD into the 10's. that included the 6.0 and 6.4's. Shay thanks for setting me straight on the OBS vs SD. I call them all the same. There is nothing a SD can do that and OBS can't so I lump them all together when it come to performance. Both need bigger turbo's, fuel systems, injectors, stronger trannies..... to make big power.

Quickest, not the fastest. Lott is still the fastest.
