Hallas performance also makes it fit, he told me what is done, but I dont remember. I was looking at the other trucks in the shop lol.
Kris you could try it and sell it to me if you dont like it.

The 6L convertor is for the torq shift, then in 08 they redesigned the torq shift, mostly just upraded prats, clutches. convertor, planetaries.

So the 6.4 convertor is an upgraded convertor for the redesigned Torqshift.

It is very good design and is efficient, and is somewhat inexpensive, it is an alternative for the high dollar convertors that are not needed by 95% of the people out there..(Suncoast, Precision, Ats, BD)...

I have to give it up for John Wood( I am going to do the same as him) When it comes to trans replacement, interview the client and understand what he needs/does/future mods with his truck, then match him with the right convertor, If you running mildly chipped, then a 6.4L convetor will suit alot better then a high dollar convertor, which would make the truck run like a dog because of the aggressiveness of the convertor. also saving the customer $1000 dollar on the convertor price..
