Block exchange ??
Hello all
I would like to know if the block of a 1993 7.3 is the same as a 1994 7.3
I have a brand new block that was bored and sleeved for my 1993 F350 but
I want to use it in my 1994 F350 4 X 4 instead.
When I look at the top end it appears to be a different engine since the 1994 has air and the 1993 does not and the turbo's are different too
any help with this would be greatly appreciated

The 94 was built 06/94
the 93 was built 06/93
the other visual differances are the 93 you put the oil in on the front by the fan and on the 94 it is put in at the valve cover, fuel filter is also different and cannot see the glow plugs on the 94 where they are clearly visible on the 93
