Navigator Coolant
Navigator Newbie here.
I bought an '02 Navigator last week. The owner's manual says to use the same color coolant that came from the factory. The coolant in the overflow bottle is so dirty/mirky that I can't tell what color coolant is in it.
What color coolant do these Navigator Intech engine require?
(BTW, I'm intimidated by this 32-valver after owning my '79 F-150 for 28+ years.)

If its that bad I would flush it out and install new coolant of your choice, I use the old green stuff and change it every year, but you don't want to do all that go with extended life. they also make one now that is compatible with any coolant

Okay. The date on the placard in the lower driver's door opening is "01/02". Does that mean the vehicle was built in January of 2002 or does it mean it was built on January 2nd and we assume the year is 2002?
