Previous posted about loss of horse power, running like crap, ect. I pulled these codes from "Superchips max micro tuner" and these are the codes I recieved back. P0107 and P1316. I looked up what the codes are and the website said that P0107 is the " BAROMETRIC PRESSURE CIRCUIT LOW INPUT"
The other code P1316 said it was the : INjector CIRCUIT
Any idea on what it is and how to fix it?
So does anyone know anthing about the other code... I called a Dealership and they said that it could be the air mass flow sensor which from what Im told is $ 200.00..
Would this wiring harness being disconected cause the barometric pressure sensor circuit low input causing the code P0107? Again thanks for all the info!
I think the dealer got the MAP sensor confused . MAP sensor is right above the blower motor on the little bracket with three bolts. Check and make sure the hose that is going to the MAP from the spider is in good condition, also check to make sure the Map is plugged in and the connector has not worked loose.
Do you have a boost guage that is tapped in the MAP line? do you have a boost fooler before the MAP sensor?
Fix the injector harness and the 0107 may just go away. I hope. Because if it does not, the Baro sensor in your 01 truck is built into the PCM and is not serviceable. Before I cried wolf, I would datalog that. My AE show mine working fine at 14.6 all over the area here, about 6-700 feet above sea level, where I like to live. Let me look up the P0107 just to be sure.
Edit: yep low Baro input per the code sheet on this site. Again, fix the UVC harness and be careful not to get shocked. Don't want to scare you but I was fooling around with my harnesses while it was running once and got a good taste. Still haven't found where that came from. It won't kill you but might make you hit your noggin or fall out of the truck. Good luck.

it's not the fall that kills you, it's the sudden stop at the end... get one of those little foam helmets like they give the "short bus" kids.

This is only installed on the gas engines for this model year.
