what is right i was thinking a THROTTLE BODY spacer was pointless in a diesel. i think the gains he felt were all in the head. but i may be wrong. please a guru chime in.
"You know, I really felt the difference that a 1" spacer with a swirl pattern around the inside diameter made. The air after the spacer doesn't get interfered with by the AIH or the awesome tiny smashed-down intake manifolds....."
More like, "I had to mentally fool myself into thinking that I had more power just to justify the cost of this hype'd up, overpriced item."
Don't waste your time or money....just a warning to those thinking of getting one.
Might as well get a tornado too to swirl the air before the turbo, CAC tubes, intercooler, and this intake spacer.
One thing I did notice in the picture is that I realize now where that goes. I had no idea where the spacer was supposed to be installed when I read the advertisements.
ha I am by no means considering one, I was just browsing random articles and it came up and I had thot it was all a joke, I didnt even know they actualy made them ha.
Izzy,
No dude, that's only BEFORE the turbo inlet. Whatever you do AFTER the inlet is just fine. (sarcasm on) This product might actually INCREASE the CFM flow through the intercooler that is lost due to temperature drop. (sarcasm off)
