2002 heated seats??
Hi everyone,great site.I have a 2002 f350 w leather/heated seats, i bought 2005
leather/heated seats.Why when i press the button for heat the light goes out after a few seconds??both seats do the same. PLEASE HELP??

Hi sexy B. Welcome to the site. I'm not too familar with heated seats, I have my own :-) but if no one can help you here try a few other PSD sites. These are all great sites for help.

Ive got an 02 Lariet also w heated seats. Mine stay on and get warm for about 5 minutes and then shut off. They dont come back on unless I push the button again. Not too good for long trips. I dont know if this is the way they were designed but it a PITA. Do yours get warm at all?

Just sittin here thinking about the problem your havin and the way mine are and maybe they have an over temperature switch problem. Seems like thats what mine are doing. If you find out anymore please post results. BTW welcome to FTE. Someone else will chime in here shortly .

Don't know anything about the heated seats but I like the screen name. Nothing better than a hot chick driving a big diesel. My wife drives mine and it drives me crazy....
