So after cleaning up all the fuel and whatnot from the return lines that broke I noticed that the intake manifold on the passenger side has a lot of build up around the bottom rear bolt. I clean the motor once a month so it must be leaking around there. All the bolts were tight. Anyways, looks like international just used sealer on them, not gaskets.... are there gaskets available or should i just use some silicon on them. I'm going to pull it off, clean it and reseal it.
No there are no gaskets. You need to get the Wacker sealant from IH. I forget what Ford calls it but its superduper stuff that is used on the intakes, oil pan and a few other places I think. It much better than normal silicone.
Yep, x2 what Neal said, no gaskets. That Wacker stuff is the best, it holds better than the best glue you can think of. You can bend the intakes trying to get them off, so Cut the sealant as much as you can b4 prying on them.

I get stuck on stupid sometimes myself. As a matter of fact I wake up in stupid mode and it usually takes awhile. Heck all of you guys are on my mind...but not in THAT kind of way.LOL
