just wondering

I recently traded a guy a 360(?) with a C-6 from a 76 F150 for a NP435 trans. 205 divorced transfer case and a Dana 60 from an early F250. The reason I'm wondering , the 360(?) had the valve cover sticker from a '71 and had the dipstick in the block ,but also had the 4wd truck oil pan with the dipstick in it. Now I know this engine was changed ,but when I don't know. Could this have been a 390 out of a car? Or could it have been a 2wd truck motor? Don't get me wrong , I'm not complaining about the swap, just wondering.

Just measure the stroke, it'll tell you
all you need to know, and yes, it could be
a 360 or a 390 from a 2WD Truck, or a 390
from a car...

Bill if it was a 360 it was a truck engine as there were no 360s installed in cars.
