I remember Rainbow Stew and the Ford and Chevy song in my head, and they sound like too diff songs. The Rainbos Stew song seems faster paced than the other. But maybe I am wrong. Wouldn't be the first time, and to you Sir, and you know who you are, yes, I am aware that you will see this post and give me a hard time about being wrong. lol
Anyway, thanks for the info on Merle....can I write you when I need another song? lol
Hey, you're right. I googled it, and that Ford and Chevy line is part of the other song, not Rainbow Stew. Yeah, Rainbow Stew is a pretty upbeat song, and the other one is kinda depressing.
You can always ask. I may not know the answer, but I can make stuff up.
Man you guys are causin me trouble. Back when this started I looked it up and it wasn't on any of my CD's so I put it on my Christmas list. Now I have another one to look up. Maybe I'll get lucky and they are both on the same CD I asked for.
But maybe I am wrong. Wouldn't be the first time, and to you Sir, and you know who you are, yes, I am aware that you will see this post and give me a hard time about being wrong. lol
Who, me? I'd never give you a hard time about being wrong. I may have stumbled out of my chair to see that you may have admitted to it, but I'd never give you a hard time for being mistaken.
I may give you a hard time for something entirely different later tho...
I'm getting that "haven't posted in over 2 weeks...." message, so here's a post....
The Merle song you guys mentioned about the Fords and Chevys is Rainbow Stew. That "good times really over..." is the name of that song.
Not sure but I think Heather Thomas was the cute girl in Fall Guy, and Heather Locklear was the one in TJ Hooker. Could be wrong, it happens every now and then.
You're right, it was Heather Locklear in TJ Hooker. I get them confused. Doesn't matter, though, I have sinful thoughts about both of them.
Smarter than a 5th Grader was pretty good tonight.
Hallmark has westerns on this week. The Trail to Hope Rose was on last night and is my favorite of the Hallmark TV westerns. They have a new one out saturday I think. Hard Ground is on tonight. It's ok. Not the worst they have done. But no Last Stand at Saber River.
Any Monk fans out there? I watch it when I can. Anyone know what happened with the trail to Trudy's killer? Last I saw the bad 1000 pound wealthy guy was in jail and had info on who and why Trudy was killed. Anyone know what happened with that?
ion has Lonesome Dove on tonight. Duvall at his best I think. Tommy Lee was pretty good also. Could just put the DVD or VHS tape in but it just seems better some how that it's broadcast on the tube.
