I was driving around in stock lastnight to see how crappy life used to be, and when I was parked in the driveway I was revving it up to see how slow it revs compared to when its tuned...and when it gets to 2200-2500rpm it pops and farts and blows fairly thick puffs of white? if I increase the rpms slow it doesnt do it, but if I blip it, it does the the pop fart white smoke thing...

 

Sounds like something is wrong with that tune to me. Mine doesn't do it. I would call jody and talk with him.

 

I'm not to sure if its the tune or not becasue I think its a fairly new problem, I ran my truck in the stock tune quite a bit in the winter and I dont recall it acting anything lke that.

 

It doesn't do it in any other tune, just stock?

 

yea all the other tunes work fine, I know for sure becasue if anyone walks near my tailpipe I usually blip it and get them with blacksmoke...but yea, I dont get why its acting funny.

 

I would call Jody and see what he says. He has a lot of experience and may have an idea of what could be going wrong.

Can you rev it passed 2500 r's without it bogging and smoking?

Farm...I got out of the throttle when it started doing that so im not sure...all I know is that it doesnt sound healthy

 

Well, I'm just going a hinch but could it be your o-rings? It would be more concrete if it did this in all settings but it doesn't sound like it does. Although, the more I think about it the more I believe that thats not the problem.

 

hmm, not sure becase it runs perfectly fine in the other settings. and when driving around in stock and pushing it to those rpms it runs smooth but just sitting in neutral reving it is when it acts funny.
